Log 01/23 - 01/29

Here's my first log of measurements and food.  Unfortunately, I don't have food logs for this week, but I do have my weight and activity.

Saturday 01/29

  • 3 mile walk with 40 pound backpack
  • Food:  1) 8 oz brisket and 5 egg fritata with onions and spinach.  2) 2 tins of sardines and 5 eggs over medium 10g  of 90% dark chocolate.  Estimate of 185g of protein for the day.
And so concludes my very first weekly food, weight, and activity log.  I started the week weighing the least I had since July, and ended with another low.  Good stuff.  Now for 7 weeks of good food, hard work, and good recovery.
